Account Executive - Prop Tech

Want to sell a market-leading PropTech platform into the WA real estate industry? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading property technology businesses during a major period of growth and product expansion.

With a dominant position in the property management software market, an expanding suite of CRM, payments, trust accounting and AI-powered solutions, and significant investment behind the business, the opportunity for growth is huge.

We’re looking for a commercial, relationship-driven hunter to own the WA market, win new agency business and grow existing accounts.

The Opportunity

• Own and grow the WA territory
• Target real estate agency principals, directors and senior decision-makers
• Win new logos across the mid-market agency space
• Sell a sophisticated multi-product PropTech / SaaS solution
• Build relationships with some of WA’s leading real estate businesses
• Run discovery meetings, presentations and product demonstrations
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing clients
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, events and industry relationships
• Attend real estate events, conferences and networking functions
• Work autonomously from home while travelling across Perth to meet clients
• Manage your own diary and territory – no micromanagement

We’re Looking For

• A proven B2B new business hunter
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
• Confident engaging with business owners, directors and C-suite
• Consultative sales style – you can sell the commercial outcome, not just the product
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable owning your territory
• Someone who genuinely enjoys opening doors and winning business

Highly regarded:

• Real estate or property industry experience
• PropTech / SaaS sales experience
• Understanding of property management or agency operations
• Multi-product or platform sales experience
• Salesforce experience

• Base salary up to $150K + Super DOE + Fuel
• Uncapped commission
• OTE circa $200K–$250K
