The Role
You’ll play a key role in growing the business and securing new property management opportunities, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and converting quality leads. Your day-to-day will include:

• Prospecting for new property management opportunities
• Conducting rental appraisals and market assessments
• Managing new business enquiries across referrals, portals and walk-ins
• Building and nurturing relationships with prospective landlords
• Onboarding new clients and coordinating all pre-leasing requirements
• Conducting open homes and securing new managements

About You 

• Previous BDM experience within real estate
• Class 2 Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident conducting appraisals and winning new business
• Driven, proactive and results-focused
