The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Contract Administrator to join a high-performing project delivery team. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to completion.
This position is ideal for a Contract Administrator looking to further develop their career within a business that offers genuine progression opportunities and exposure to diverse project types.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and administer subcontract agreements
- Manage procurement and tendering packages
- Let and negotiate subcontractor agreements
- Process progress claims, variations and payment schedules
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting
- Assist with project programming and contract administration
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects
About You
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Experience managing project costs, variations and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Driven, proactive and career focused
