About the Company & Role:

I've partnered with a leading Australian retail business currently experiencing significant growth and transformation. This opportunity will see you work closely with operational leaders, providing strategic financial insights that influence decision-making across a large and complex business.

You'll play a key role in driving performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to drive business performance
• Deliver insightful analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations
• Support pricing, margin, and cost optimisation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
• Contribute to major business projects and transformation initiatives
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

  About You:

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards
• 2-3 years' of  experience in a Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst role
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate financial data into commercial insights
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
