Recruiter - 3 month Contract

We're seeking an experience recruiter to join a busy and growing team, supporting high-volume blue-collar recruitment requirements through to the end of the year.

About the Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of blue-collar positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers and operational stakeholders to attract, engage, and onboard talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
• Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate medicals, inductions, reference checks, and compliance documentation
• Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing workforce needs
• Manage job advertisements and candidate attraction strategies
• Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within blue-collar, industrial, construction, logistics, manufacturing, mining, or resources sectors
• Experience managing a high volume of vacancies simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
