The Organisation
Our client is a market leading business within differing industries and only continues to grow to new heights, as the business continues to grow. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Officer to due their team on a full-time permanent basis in Keysborough.

The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:

• Daily banking and reconciliations
• Issuing and processing of invoices
• Preparation of batch payments on a weekly basis
• Supplier/Customer queries
• Allocation and receipting of payments
• Account & statement reconciliations 
• Working within both the AP and AR inbox 
• Other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes; however, not limited to:

• Has worked within a similar Accounts Officer role in the past
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Resides locally in Melbourne's south east
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, with a high attention to detail
