Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer to join their Sydney practice. The key is your ability to confidently and independently manage your own matters.

The caseload will initially focus predominantly on Workers Compensation, with Common Law matters added to the mix. This opportunity would suit a lawyer who enjoys taking ownership of files and helping injured clients navigate the claims process.

The role

• Independently manage plaintiff personal injury matters from initial instructions through to resolution.
• Provide clear, practical advice on Workers Compensation claims.
• Manage Common Law matters as these are added to your caseload.
• Prepare legal documents, negotiate outcomes and liaise with clients, insurers and counsel.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, empathetic communication.

About you

• Experience in plaintiff personal injury law, particularly Workers Compensation.
• Ability to run your own matters confidently and independently.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Common Law experience will be highly regarded.
