A leading Australian women's retailer is searching for an Assistant Store Manager to join their brand-new Rouse Hill Boutique. This is a great opportunity for a passionate retail leader who loves working within a team, driving sales and creating exceptional customer experiences.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the Boutique. You'll lead from the front, support your team and help create a positive, energetic environment where both customers and team members can thrive. 
 
This is a full-time opportunity.
 
What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Assist with rostering, wage control and stock management
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
• Lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team culture

About You
 
We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership experience
• Comes from a fashion or premium retail background
• Is commercially driven and confident working with KPIs and sales targets
• Has a genuine passion for customer service and styling
• Is an engaging leader who can coach and develop a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
• Is confident, motivated and leads by example
