The Role

As a Sales & Leasing Executive for this successful organisation you will be undertaking the end-to-end sales and leasing process. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants. In return, you will be rewarded with a very attractive base + commission package, as well as the opportunity to progress within the business.

The Responsibilities

• Client development, canvassing, and relationship growth.
• Negotiation of sales and leasing terms between transactional parties.
• Liaising with solicitors and interpretation of commercial leases and sales contracts. 
• Succinct data management and record-keeping.
• Market a personal brand to clients that aligns with the company's core values.

Skills & experience

• QLD Certificate of registration in real estate
• Property degree preferred but not essential
• Open to residential candidates
• Go-getter looking to progress in the commercial space
• Have strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative
