About the Role

• Due to growth, we are looking for a Property Manager for an extremely manageable portfolio of around 80 properties, end to end, in the Eglinton area.
• This portfolio would also suit an experienced Assistant looking to step up into their own portfolio, or a Senior who is wanting a slower pace.
• High level support teams in place
• Flexible/remote working arrangements - working smart without being overloaded.
• Streamlined systems & procedures in place

Skills & Experience

• Current Property Management Registration
• Previous property management experience, assistants encouraged to also apply
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication
• Someone who likes to also have fun at work, team culture is this agency's pride & joy
