• Work alongside another Property Manager

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

THE ROLE
Take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, managing the portfolio end-to-end while having support around you.
Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end Property Management
• Lease sign-ups and renewals
• Owner and tenant communication
• Maintenance coordination
• Arrears management
• General portfolio management
• Compliance and documentation

You’ll have Assistant support for home opens and general tasks, while trust accounting is handled separately – allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients.

ABOUT YOU

• Experienced Property Manager
• Current WA registration
• Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a team
• Ideally based South or South-East
• Available for a full-time, office-based position
