About the Role
You’ll work with a diverse client base, providing high quality physiotherapy services across the local community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation
• Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life
• Working across Aged Care and Community environments
• Developing individualised treatment and care plans
• Working closely with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and evidence-based practice
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About You

You’re an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys building relationships, working independently and seeing the direct impact of your work.
You’ll bring:

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications
• Authorisation to work in Australia
• Experience across Aged Care, Community, NDIS or a similar setting
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A client focused and compassionate approach
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
• A current Victorian Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle

$80,000 + Superannuation
