The role
As an associate recruitment consultant, you will pursue new business opportunities for Gough using a variety of prospecting methods. You'll balance hunting new business with attentive account management and high-quality service delivery
Your role will include:

• Building and managing client relationships
• Developing new business opportunities
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
• Crafting Ad strategy to maximize visibility and engagement
• Networking across the industry
• Negotiating offers
• Providing market advice to clients and candidates
• Building a strong personal brand within your market

About you:

• Proven success in a B2B sales environment 
• Curious and eager to learn
• Passionate about the Real Estate, Property, Development or Construction industry
• Confident building relationships
• No fear of picking up the phone
• Commercially minded
• Target-driven and motivated by results
• Resilient and adaptable
• Interested in long-term career growth

The ideal Gough consultant is vibrant, energetic and not afraid to get out there and meet clients and candidates face-to-face.
