Our client is a well-established and highly regarded real estate business seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio while working within a supportive, professional environment.

The Role

• Manage an established portfolio of commercial properties
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Handle day-to-day property management enquiries and requirements
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage lease administration, renewals and documentation
• Monitor rent reviews, arrears and tenant obligations
• Prepare owner reporting and correspondence
• Coordinate compliance requirements and essential services
• Assist with budgets, expenditure and property performance
• Manage tenant issues and negotiations professionally
• Liaise with owners regarding capital works and maintenance
• Work alongside the broader commercial team to maximise client outcomes

About You We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in Commercial Property Management
• Organised, proactive and client-focused
• Confident managing landlords, tenants and contractors
• Knowledgeable in commercial leasing and tenancy matters
• Licensed/registered in Queensland
• Experienced with Cirrus 8/Released
