Your role will include: 

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Convene and conduct meetings -Via Zoom & in person
• No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided
• Portfolio of 58 Buildings
• Lots apx 585
• Mostly located in Eastern Suburbs / inner west
• Mostly blocks of 6 to 18
• Mostly residential, 1 Mixed use and 1 Factory complex

 In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Is someone with good employment record and tenure in employment periods.
• Someone who is seeking longer term employment and willing to grow the portfolio with appropriate growth in Salary accordingly
• Big Sch B's commissions on offer
• Salary pending experience but happy to look at all
• Car space, Phone & computer is provided on top
• 3 days a week WFH - if you want to!
