Foreman Opportunities - Tier 1, 2 & 3 - Projects up to $1bn.

We have a number of Foreman Roles currently on the following projects:

Salary for these roles range from $190k - $270k package.

• General Foreman - $500m Commercial - Inner West
• Structures Foreman - $100m Residential - North Sydney
• Finishes/Fit Out Foreman - $100m Student Accommodation - South Sydney
• Finishes Foreman - $150m Residential - North West Sydney
• Foreman Structures & Finishes - $100m High End Resi Apartments - Eastern Suburbs
• Foreman Structures & Finishes - $70m Industrial - South Sydney
• Foreman - $25m High End Residential Apartments - Lower North Shore
• Foreman Structures & Finishes - $50m Commercial - South Sydney
• Foreman - $1bn Data Centre - Western Sydney

Working closely with the Site Manager and wider site team you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site. You’ll coordinate trades, manage resources, and make sure the job runs smoothly from start to finish. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Running daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings to set priorities and ensure safe work practices.
• Supervising all site activities, ensuring work is carried out to specification and program.
• Coordinating and monitoring subcontractors to achieve consistent quality and productivity.
• Reviewing and interpreting drawings, plans and schedules.
• Tracking progress against program targets and reporting updates to the Site Manager.
• Identifying potential issues early and finding practical solutions on the ground.
• Maintaining site records, checklists and defect lists.
• Managing materials and deliveries to keep work flowing efficiently.
• Upholding site presentation, compliance and safety at all times.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Foreman, Structures Foreman, Finishes Foreman, General Foreman, Site Supervisor or Senior Site Supervisor. 
• Background delivering high-rise, mixed-use or other large-scale projects in the following sectors: Commercial, Residential, Health, Education, Industrial, Data Centre.
• Candidates MUST have experience of working within the Tiers 1-3 space in Australia.
• Strong history of subcontractor management and site coordination experience.
• Trade background or relevant Building & Construction qualification preferred.
• Good understanding of program, QA, ITPs, NCC and Australian Standards.
• Experience with Procore, Aconex or similar systems is advantageous
