About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a busy retail store and lead a small, high performing team. You will be highly hands on, spending time on the shop floor, working directly with customers and leading your team by example. A strong consultative sales approach is essential, with the Store Manager expected to be actively involved in driving sales and customer outcomes.

This role offers uncapped commission and incentive opportunities, with rewards linked directly to individual and team performance. Skills and Experience

• Proven Store Manager or senior retail experience
• Strong consultative sales and closing skills
• Bulky goods sales experience highly regarded
• Bedding or furniture experience advantageous
• Strong commercial and KPI focus
• Hands on leadership and coaching style
