Cost Planner/Estimator

About The Role

• Work autonomously and in a team to complete commercial/industrial tenders, up to $150 mil.
• Liaise with Clients, sub-contractors and architects during the tender process.
• Receive support from an highly experienced pre-construction team.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.

Your Background

• Ideally have worked for a commercial/industrial/apartment builder in a  Cost Planning or Estimating role
• Strong communication skills and have the ability to build relationships internally and externally with sub-contractors
