This is your chance to take the reins of a well-oiled, beautifully structured portfolio located mainly across the CBD Fringe, Inner North & Coastal pockets.

You’ll have a Head of Department who has your back — there for guidance when you need it but trusts you to run your portfolio like the pro you are.

The Role: 

• Manageable portfolio with capacity to grow to 120 in line with your comfort and capability
• 80% of properties located within 10km of the office, primarily across the Western Suburbs through to Doubleview and Scarborough
• Dedicated Inspections Agent managing routines, PCRs and assisting with finals when required
• Full Leasing Agent support from advertising and home opens through to applications and reference checks
• Property Manager encouraged to conduct one inspection per property annually to maintain strong asset oversight
• VA support in place for administration, with systems continually being refined for greater efficiency
• No trust accounting responsibilities
• No BDM duties
