The Role

• Manage an established portfolio of approximately 150 properties
• Portfolio covering the Mandurah & Peel region.
• Dedicated Property Management Assistant
• Shared VA support assisting with maintenance, new tenancy checklists and lease renewals
• 95% office-based with minimal out-of-office appointments
• Strong focus on building relationships with owners and tenants

About You

• Ideally 2–3+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
• Current WA Property Management Registration
• Confident, organised and able to take ownership of your portfolio
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A positive, switched-on personality who enjoys being part of a team
• A standout junior PM ready to step up into a larger portfolio may also be considered
