Strata Manager - $200,000 + Schedule B's

The portfolio:

• A mix of new builds and BMCs
• Ideally, some defects experience (not essential)
• Supportive compliance and insurance teams to lighten your load

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with Owners Corporations
• Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes
• Attend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
• Draft and issue breach of by-law letters and formal notices to comply
• Liaise with developers, builders, and committees on defects and maintenance matters
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 3+ years’ strata management experience
• Current Strata License
• Solid organisational skills with a solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and confidence in chairing meetings
