Senior Project Coordinator

About the Company:
This is a rare opportunity to join one of Melbourne’s most respected fit out and refurb builders known for their strong client relationships, innovation, and design led approach. With a track record of delivering complex projects in live environments, they’re looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Let and vet subcontractor packages
• Track and monitor project budgets and costs
• Coordinate design and documentation
• Assist with project programming and coordination
• Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reporting
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

About You
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years commercial construction or fit out background and is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be:

• Proactive and willing to take initiative
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable taking responsibility and ownership
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Confident with IT and project systems
