Looking for a Property Management role where your portfolio, commute and team all make sense?

Join a close-knit office in Port Melbourne where you'll manage approximately 150 properties, with the majority within 5 minutes of the office — including a significant portion in one building!

The Role:
You'll take full responsibility for a well-maintained portfolio, supported by leasing, reception and the wider PM team. There is no trust accounting, but VCAT experience is essential.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager with an Agent's Representative Certificate, strong RTA knowledge and confidence at VCAT.

You're organised, accountable, personable and commercially minded -someone who can manage their portfolio autonomously, build strong relationships and still enjoy the banter of a genuinely social team.
