We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join a high-performing property management team, working across a large portfolio of properties throughout Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys property, compliance and administration and wants to grow their career within a well-established agency.

The Role

• Manage and monitor property compliance requirements
• Ensure properties meet Victorian rental legislation and compliance standards
• Coordinate smoke alarm, gas, electrical and other safety compliance
• Manage compliance schedules, inspections and documentation
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Follow up outstanding compliance matters and ensure issues are resolved
• Coordinate required maintenance and remedial works
• Maintain accurate compliance records and systems
• Support the wider Property Management team with compliance and administration
• Manage a portfolio of properties across Melbourne
