Temporary Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager

We’re looking for a temporary Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager to join a centrally located agency for an immediate start, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

This is an in-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys the property management side of the industry and wants a supportive, office-based position. External duties are available for those who enjoy getting out and about, but they’re not essential.

The role includes:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
• Tenant and landlord communication
• Maintenance coordination and follow-up
• Routine administration and property management tasks
• Supporting the wider property management team
• External inspections and appointments available if desired

We’re looking for someone who is:

• An experienced APM/PM property management 
• Organised, reliable and proactive
• Confident communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Available for an immediate start
• Valid WA real estate registration 
• Some flexibility may be accommodated for the right candidate
