Key Responsibilities

  • Processing end-to-end payroll for approximately 2,000 employees
  • Managing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles
  • Interpreting and applying relevant awards, enterprise agreements and payroll legislation
  • Calculating wages, salaries, allowances, deductions and leave entitlements
  • Processing superannuation, payroll tax and other statutory obligations
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
  • Supporting process improvements and contributing to ongoing payroll efficiencies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a Payroll Officer position within a medium to large organisation
  • Experience using ADP
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
