Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take on your own small, clean portfolio of properties
• No leasing duties or BDM duties
• Routine inspections
• Prepare forms and other admin duties
• Entry and exit condition reports
• Maintenance and repairs

Skills and experience required for the role:

• Ideally 6 months of experience in a similar role
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
