They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property / Building Manager to join their innovative and dynamic lifestyle team.

Work onsite at like-new luxury buildings located in inner Brisbane, situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.

The Assignment:

• Work in one of Brisbane's most desired suburbs
• End to End Management of 70 properties approximately 
• Building Management for 2 x towers side by side
• Conduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships! 
• Easy-going body corporates with great established relationships

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience  
• Experience in Body Corporate
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong legislation knowledge 
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
