We’re looking for a Founding Body Corporate Manager to join at an exciting stage of growth. Managing a small portfolio alongside the Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking autonomy, flexibility and the chance to make a real impact. With continued growth, there is a clear pathway into Senior Management / Head of Body Corporate, with potential equity opportunities for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a small body corporate portfolio
• Committee & owner liaison
• Agendas, minutes & meetings
• Maintenance, contractors, insurance & compliance
• Budgets, levies & general administration
• Client relationship management
• New building onboarding
• Systems & process improvement
• Supporting new business & growth

About You:

• Body Corporate/Strata experience highly regarded
• Self-motivated, organised & commercially minded
• Strong communication & relationship skills
• Confident working autonomously
• Excellent time management & attention to detail
• Process & systems focused
• Keen to grow with the business and build something
