Looking for a Hospitality Managers to lead the day-to-day operations of their store on a permanent basis. You'll be the driving force behind smooth service, happy customers, and a motivated team. Based on what you bring to the role, you're looking at $70,000 to $85,000 plus super, with the chance to make a real impact on how the restaurant runs.

• Previous experience as an assistant restaurant manager or supervisor 
• Drive customer satisfaction by handling bookings, functions, complaints, and feedback with confidence
• Lead by example and keep the team aligned on company standards, policies, and performance targets

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality venue, with a track record of leading teams effectively
• Strong grasp of restaurant profitability, stock control, and P&L management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and staff
• Comfortable handling reservations, large bookings, functions, and online or takeaway orders
• Familiarity with council and regulatory compliance requirements in hospitality
• Knowledge of rostering, labour costs, COGS, training and development
• Similar experience in fast paced casual restaurants

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality or Restaurant Management qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain it
• Experience with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
