Education Support Traineeship – Warrnambool East Primary School

Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Warrnambool East Primary School, is offering a full-time Education Support Traineeship opportunity for 2027.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys working with children.

General Tasks include:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and planned educational programs
• Monitor children during classroom and play activities
• Help students understand instructions and complete classroom tasks
• Prepare and organise classroom materials, equipment and learning resources
• Complete training and assessment tasks as part of the traineeship

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• A dedicated and reliable work ethic
• A genuine interest in education and supporting students
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A willingness to learn, take direction and work as part of a team
