We're seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse for a contract at Barcaldine, located in Central West Queensland.

Location: Barcaldine, QLD
Contract: 28 September 2026 - 6 December 2026

About the Facility in Barcaldine, the service provides a broad range of services including:

• Emergency Department
• Acute inpatient care
• Residential Aged Care
• Ambulance support services

This role is ideally suited to a confident Rural and Remote nurse who enjoys working autonomously across multiple clinical areas.

Mandatory Experience To be considered you must have:

✅ Previous Queensland Health experience
✅ Strong Rural & Remote Nursing experience
✅ Extensive experience in:

• Emergency Nursing
• Acute Care
• Aged Care

✅ Current competency in:

• Triage
• IV Cannulation
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
