EAM Business Analyst | Asset Data & Process Improvement

Your new role
The EAM Business Analyst role will focus on development of asset data quality and life cycle process documentation; information management improvement using new EAM documentation content management tools; and assist senior team members with process improvement and other non-technical aspects of implementing an active data quality management function within the Asset Management Branch.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Provide dedicated administrative support for the development, preparation, validation and maintenance of new life cycle business processes, rules and references.
  • Develop timely and quality asset life cycle data correspondence and business advisory content through collation of existing and newly researched information that can be standardised for consistent and accurate advice.
  • Support the transfer of asset information between enterprise systems and field data collection platforms, reducing administrative burden on senior specialist resources.
  • Assist in implementing new workflows and process improvements designed to improve the efficiency of asset life cycle data management.
Required skills and experience:
  • Advanced administrative and documentation skills using Microsoft Suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio or similar.
  • Experience in process improvement, formulation of work instructions and guides for stakeholder publication.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
  • Experience using enterprise content management systems or Extended ECM (xECM) is desirable.
