- Developing and managing project plans, schedules and strategic initiatives to support organisational objectives.
- Conducting research, analysis and evidence-based reporting informing policy, strategy and business decisions.
- Preparing high-quality written materials, including business cases, executive briefs, reports and corporate documentation.
- Monitoring project performance, budgets and expenditure while supporting procurement and contract management activities.
- Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, issues and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice and drive strategic outcomes.
- Experience in strategy, policy, programme delivery or project management within a complex environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and develop practical recommendations.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefs, reports and executive-level correspondence.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
- Experience leading initiatives and contributing to strategic planning, policy development or organisational improvement activities.
- The contract running for 12 months, with a view of extension or permanency.
- Full-time & Hybrid working arrangement.
- Hourly rate of $60.26 + super.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
