Your new company

A respected not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis, with the potential for permanency. Supporting end-to-end payroll processing, you will join a collaborative team committed to delivering valuable community services.

Your new role

• End-to-end payroll processing fortnightly
• Managing leave, salary packaging, terminations, and employee records
• Ensuring compliance with STP, PAYG, superannuation, BAS, and ATO requirements
• Payroll reconciliations, EOFY reporting, and workers' compensation administration
• Supporting onboarding, compliance checks, and employee administration
• Monitoring payroll legislation and driving process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and employee administration
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
